Coconut Milk Powder brings convenience to the consumer. It makes getting clean, rich coconut milk fast and easy by simply adding hot water. It is ideal for puddings, desserts, exotic dishes such as curries, and beverages like the popular Piña Colada.

Our Coconut Milk Powder is 65% Coconut Oil (rich in the medium chain fatty acids for which coconut oil is famous). There is a small amount of maltodextrin and a trace of casein; a milk protein used to keep the fat from separating.

This powder makes the most delicious
coconut pudding and coconut ice cream.

Coconut Milk Pudding

Bring 6 cups of water to a boil. Stir in 2/3 cup evaporated coconut water or evaporated cane juice. Using a whisk, stir in 3 cups of coconut milk powder. Pudding will become thicker as it cools. Garnish with fruit or use in making fruit parfait once pudding has set.
