Supplements-Help, Which Ones Do I Take?
Thursday, April 3 6:30-8:30
There are literally thousands of supplements on the market, and it can be mind- boggling trying to determine which ones are worthwhile. Which ones you should you take? How can you be sure you are getting the right quality or the right dosage? In this class, Melanie will discuss the seven supplements nearly everyone should consider taking, including one many of you may not have heard about (but impacts many areas of your health). You might also be surprised at what doesn't make the list, including one that most of you are probably taking. As time permits, Melanie will also be happy to answer questions on supplements in general, so bring your supplements and questions with you.
