These pancakes are AMAZING!!!!!!!!! I have tried dozens upon dozens of gluten free products and these pancakes are the best I have ever tasted. I am so thankful someone has been able to come up with a recipe that tastes JUST like real pancakes. I am a pancake connoisseur and these are really wonderful. Not only that, but there is no soy or other weird ingredients in it. Amazing! The only thing that could make this better would be if it was organic.
