Nocciolata is 100% natural and made only of organic raw materials without the use of chemical processes or artificial flavors, which could alter its taste. Soft and scented with the flavor of Italian hazelnuts, Nocciolata “contains 15% more hazelnut than Nutella.”
Hazelnuts, dark chocolate, sunflower oil, skimmed milk, cocoa butter, vanilla, brown sugar, sunflower-lecithin emulsifier (not OGM), all ingredients are organic and free of added aromas, fats or artificial colourants. … because it is easily digested. Nocciolata becomes a soft and homogeneous cream after being blended, then cooled from 50 to 30 degrees, filtered and blended a second time to achieve a light and healthy product. The processing phase takes about 60 hours to complete.
Nocciolata can be enjoyed as a spread on bread or as an accompaniment to crepes or ice cream. It is also a great base for cake fillings and decorations and delicious to eat by the spoonful or dipped in coffee.
