We are pleased to introduce Rigoni di Asiago, one of the first jams made only with 100% organic fruit. The main characteristic that distinguishes Rigoni di Asiago from the other jams are:

To produce a jar of Rigoni di Asiago we use more than 2 kilos of organic fruit, which one part is used for sweetener. The fruit comes only from organic crops, so it is produced without the use of any chemicals.

Has a limited amount of sugar
The sugar contents in Rigoni di Asiago come only from the fruits. 85% is Fructose and 15% is Glucose. In fact there is about 30% less calories than other jams.

Fiordifrutta jams have about 50% lower GI (glycemic index) than other jams meaning that it converts into sugar more slowly.
