How do I return a product?
You may return an unopened product within 15 days for a refund minus shipping cost and 10% restocking fee. Contact us via email to obtain the RMA# and address to which the box should be sent. DO NOT SEND BACK PRODUCT without an RMA or you may not get credit.
If you were shipped the wrong product, we will provide you with a free shipping credit (please include shipping receipt when you are returning your package) for the return price and we will credit you for that product as soon as we receive it back.
NOTE: Returns are not possible on perishable items such as DFH Probiotics, Protein Bars and Food Items
Can I send in a money order, Cashier's check, or personal check?
Yes, but your orders will not ship out until we receive your money order or Cashier's check. For personal and company checks, allow up to 5 banking days after receipt for clearance of funds before the order is processed. We will charge a $25 fee on all returned checks.
Where are your products shipped from?
Most products are shipped from Tennessee.
When will I receive my order?
Please expect 1-2 days processing time plus shipping time to receive your products. On average, clients get their package within 3-5 business days depending on their location. Expect up to 6 business days for UPS Ground if you live on the West coast, and as little as two days if you live in the Southeast.
Overnight/Next Day Orders (Please read!)
$39.95 for Overnight UPS to most states. We will contact you by phone/email to verify the actual cost with you if it is above $39.95. You may decide to proceed or cancel the expedited shipping.
INTERNATIONAL: Since you do not ship outside the US, how can I receive your products?
We ship products to any destination within the United States. Please contact us for shipping rates to Canada.
If the product you have ordered is out-of-stock or on back-order, we will notify you of the delay time and give you the option to receive the product once back in stock, or cancel your order.

Multiple Product Orders
If your order contains more than one product or items from different brands, there is a chance you will receive them in two seperate packages. Yet, you will not be charged two shipping fees.
Pick-Up Policy
We are pleased to offer you an option to pick up your order to save on shipping.
At present we are only able to offer this pickup service in Maryville and Knoxville, Tennessee. We are working to be able to offer pickup locations in other areas as well for all our customers.
How it works
You place an order via our website. During the checkout process you are offered an option to pickup your goods or have them delivered to your location.
If you wish to pickup your order, then simply select the "Customer Pickup (Select Areas Only)" shipping option in the checkout process and you will not be charged shipping.
Upon payment being received (or your credit card being processed) we will process your order and advise you when you can collect the goods. We will also advise you the location by email. You need a copy of your invoice (which will be sent toyour e-mail address) to be able to collect your order and Photo ID may need to be provided.
It is usually a 24 hour turn around time (next day) from payment being processed and received to you being authorized to collect.
